Teddy Bobo Film Club: Series 11 (OPV: Other People’s Viewpoint)
The Teddy Bobo Film Club will hold its eleventh series of short films + constructive thinking skills, this Friday evening (March 02 2012) in Richmond (Melbourne, Australia).
The Edward de Bono method we’ll be working with this session will “OPV” (Other People’s Viewpoint).
Edward de Bono: Many thinking situations involve other people. What these other people think is just as much part of the situation as the factors, the consequences, the objectives, etc. which one should consider, explore and include in one’s own thinking.
These other people may have a very different viewpoint! Although they are in the same situation, they may look at things quite differently. It is a very important part of thinking to be able to tell how other people are thinking; trying to see things from another person’s viewpoint is what doing an OPV is about.
